How to cook
Throw in the oven from frozen. Glaze tenders with olive oil for some extra bite then place in a lined tray. Cook at 200°C for 15 minutes, turning mid-way through.
Or if you want a quick treat, drop in a deep fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes or until golden, and leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
