Curry is a term originating from India for various stews based on a creamy sauce with various spices and added meat, fish and/or vegetables.
Masalas are various Indian spice preparations for the preparation of curries. They are put together differently in every region, every place, even every household – at Lord of Tofu with a spicy but not spicy mixture. Since the mid-90s, Lord of Tofu has been producing vegetarian specialities in Lörrach. Only organic soybeans are processed, thus promoting regional and GMO-free agriculture.
The family business grew with a new discovery: Kombucha, the “magic mushroom” rich in vital substances, makes their tofu not only particularly digestible but also unmistakable in taste.
To make sure that Lord of Tofu products not only taste good but also do you good, they use only the very best ingredients:
- 100 percent regional soybeans in organic quality
- Kombucha from own cultures for the good taste, better digestibility and high quality of the Lord of Tofu Tofus
