Si’doux rice syrup is obtained by the transformation of the starch contained in grains, i.e. by the action of the amylase.
This rice syrup, with its delicate, mild and fairly neutral taste, can easily be used in a wide variety of preparations. It is perfectly suitable for pastry but it can also be used to sweeten yoghurts, hot drinks, on sandwiches or pancakes,… and in sweet-and-sour dishes.
