VEGGs are a 100% vegetable egg substitute suitable for bakery, confectionery and cooking recipes that use egg.
Just mix the vEGGs powder with water and see that it turns into a vegan egg in just 3 minutes! . Its content is equivalent to 32 eggs!
WAY OF USE:
Pour 50 ml of water into a bowl (2 tablespoons), add 5 ml of vEGGs powder (1 teaspoon), mix vigorously with a hand whisk or fork and leave for 3 minutes. Your vEGG is ready to use!
* Measuring spoons are included in the package.
(If you leave the mixture for more than 5 minutes, it may become too thick. In this case, just add a little water and you will regain the desired texture.)
WHY CHOOSE VEGGS AND NOT EGGS?
– The production of chicken eggs requires much more water than the production of VEGGs.
A hen must eat about 5,000 kcal of food to produce eggs with an energy value of 1,000 kcal. In terms of energy efficiency, egg production is only 20% efficient.
The production of vEGGs requires less energy than chicken eggs and thus releases less greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.
