Agaranta from Biovegan is a vegetable gelling agent. The agar agar extracted from algae in combination with arrowroot results in an extremely smooth yet firm consistency. With the vegan and gluten-free gelling agent you can prepare fruit spreads, compote or red fruit jelly yourself in no time.
